MEDITATION GROUPS
When our data is full we need to integrate our experiences, what we don’t do most of the time and then we feel mostly on our edge. The weekly meditation in my meditation groups is a good way to establish your own meditation routine. I truly believe that meditation is one of the most powerful, life-chaniging tools & recommend it to everyone!
