This was the first 8 weeks ongoing online group with Alona for me and I loved it!! I did not expect it to be as intensive as it was. Especially as it was „only“ online. Alona has fantastic skills of guiding a group, holding space and creating a very special experience for every single one. She miraculously sees what is the next step to grow. She is so connected to the moment that her impulses are so ON that I am amazed over and over again. Especially for this group I found that she was capable of finding the right interventions and letting things „cook“ when they were not yet ready. She holds a space where I feel completely safe and happy to be part of!!!

In the 'vision group' I felt welcome and seen with everything that is inside me. I could be there just the way I am in this moment and I am very grateful for this experience. It was amazing to see that every topic that others brought in had a big resonance also inside of me. That means that even when someone else was in the focus of the session, it was healing for myself. Alona is so beautiful in her way of being with everyone, seeing the deeper truth an in supporting everyone. My vision is becoming reality and that is just amazing. I have a deeper trust into myelf, I got in contact with the pleasure of meditation and silence an also with a big joy of being alive.
